This RC aircraft was several steps up for me at the time! So it was definitely a day to challenge myself and it was with great trepidation that ventured into the sky with the Great Planes Ultimate. I intended to defer I had gained more experience with this Ultimate to explore the flying characteristics of this very agile balsa wood aerobatic 3D and Sport RC Aircraft.
However this awesome plane flies very accurately, smoothly and with great agility for tight turn, whilst remaining surprisingly stable at low and high speeds and for landings. I therefore felt confident enough to explore some basic aerobatic maneuvers, albeit at a safe "3 mistakes high". This made the video capture more of a challenge than normal!
A superb flier that is well recommended - but it was last made over 10 years ago - so finding another example would be a very rare find indeed.
A Great Plane? No! It's an AWESOME PLANE!!
