On December 18th, 2023, I made another new visit making a stop at the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad with 1702. I arrived in the evening of the 17th hearing the Diesels pulling the Polar Express and had to make a stop to see it before seeing the 1702. This Video is a long one featuring 1702's ferry move from Dillsboro to Bryson City and then the Tuckasegee River Excursion from Bryson City to Dillsboro and Return. This is one amazing railroad and will be back again sometime soon. Enjoy!
