The video shows the great tattoo for Generalleutnant Erich Pfeffer on the Bendlerblock parade ground. Erich Pfeffer joined the Bundeswehr in 1977 with the mountain troops in Mittenwald. From November 2015 to December 2021 he was commander of the operational command in Schwielowsee near Potsdam. His successor at the operational command is Lieutenant General Bernd Schütt. At the farewell ceremony, Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht was represented by State Secretary Siemtje Möller. Inspector General Eberhard Zorn was represented by his deputy, Lieutenant General Markus Laubenthal. The staff music corps plays under the direction of Captain Holger Kolodziej. The Great Tattoo is led by the Commander of the Guard Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Hans Domrich.
