(Serves 4 people)
9 pieces of chicken (legs & thighs)
4 medium potatoes
4 small lemons (squeezed to create 2/3 cup of lemon juice)
4 cloves of garlic
Salt as per your taste
Black pepper as per your taste
1/4 tsp of dry mint leaves
1/2 to 1 tsp of oregano
1/8 cup of olive oil or if you're using skinless chicken, then use 1/4 cup (40ml)
