Traditionally, Greeks always cook their roast lamb with plenty of potatoes covered with herbs and lemon. The CrossRay BBQ is perfect for when you want to cook your leg lamb with a flavor of outdoor barbecue flavors. I cooked this 2.5kg leg of lamb in 2 hours on the CrossRay BBQ with all 4 burners on high. I added the potatoes after an hour to make sure they didn't over cook. I also decided to make a small "meze" or "appetizer" on the side with some extra potatoes that didn't fit into the dish. A simple meze with potatoes, olive oil, lemon, chilly flakes, mushrooms, home grown tomatoes and green peppers topped with a spoon of greek yogurt complemented the entire meal - cooked this for around 1 hour.
