Greek Style Roast Lamb with Lemon Potatoes

Traditionally, Greeks always cook their roast lamb with plenty of potatoes covered with herbs and lemon. The CrossRay BBQ is perfect for when you want to cook your leg lamb with a flavor of outdoor barbecue flavors. I cooked this 2.5kg leg of lamb in 2 hours on the CrossRay BBQ with all 4 burners on high. I added the potatoes after an hour to make sure they didn't over cook. I also decided to make a small "meze" or "appetizer" on the side with some extra potatoes that didn't fit into the dish. A simple meze with potatoes, olive oil, lemon, chilly flakes, mushrooms, home grown tomatoes and green peppers topped with a spoon of greek yogurt complemented the entire meal - cooked this for around 1 hour. The same time as the potatoes that were added to the main dish
