In this video I'll show you how to roast a tri trip roast Santa Maria style on the grill. We'll season this with my spin on a traditional Santa Maria seasoning and roast it hot and fast over charcoal on a Weber kettle grill. The tri tip cut of beef originated in Santa Maria California so i had to bring it back to where it all started and I sure am glad I did! This is such an easy recipe to make it always turns out perfect! Hope you enjoy the video and thank's for watching!
