Possibly Authentic Grog:
2 oz -or- 60 ml Jamaican Appleton Estate Reserve
8 oz -or- 240 ml of water
-or-
2 oz -or- 60 ml Smith and Cross
8 oz -or- 240 ml of water
Add lime half and 2 spoonfulls of sugar if you are curious about how that tastes
The Wellerman:
1 oz -or- 30 ml Lemon Juice
.5 oz -or- 15 ml Simple Syrup
2 oz -or- 60 ml Rum (El Dorado 8)
Heaping spoonful of Matcha Powder
1 egg white
Dry Shake
Add ice and shake again
Strain into coup or sour glass
Garnish with dots of Angostura Aromatic Bitters (skull and cross bones if you dare)
