Culture video on growing Oncidiums in water.
1. Watch your plants, they will tell you if they are happy.
2. Fine rooted are usually more thirsty then chunky rooted.
3. If orchid is in active growth they will typically require more water. If not usually less.
4. If roots are in poor shape they would require less water as it will be absorbed slower.
5. If the base of the pseudobulbs stay damp after a few days you are giving them too much water. The base of the pseudobulbs shouldn't stay damp to long or you risk rotting the pseudobulbs.
