Finally finished a run using all the new strats. Unfortunately, there's still a lot of time to be saved, especially in Las Venturas.
Edit: this run was done without external frame limiter, which is now allowed for all categories since 19/02. It has lots of benefits throughout the run, including consistent vigilante om0 setups and pause buffering to skip some dialogue lines.
