廣州花街：
宋代的「花渡頭」是花市的雛形，主要交易一些本地種植的花卉。
明代廣州的花卉種植業進一步發展，花市的規模逐漸擴大。 開始向周邊地區擴散，吸引了更多花農和商販參與，花卉品種也逐漸豐富了起來。
清代形成了多個大型花市，其中以「花地」最為著名。 每年春節前夕，「花地」都會舉辦盛大的花市，吸引了無數市民和遊客前來觀賞和購買花卉。
20世紀初，花市的傳統習俗仍在延續，除了傳統的花卉，開始有從國外引進的新奇花卉。
20世紀中葉，一些花市的規模有所縮小，交易活動也不如以往頻繁。
20世紀末至21世紀初，花市的規模不斷擴大，佈局更加合理，除了傳統的年花如桃花、水仙、年桔等，還引進了大量的高檔花卉和進口花卉。

At the beginning of the 20th century, the traditional customs of the flower market were still continuing. In addition to traditional flowers, new exotic flowers began to be introduced from abroad.
In the middle of the 20th century, some flower markets shrank in size and trading activities were not as frequent as before.
From the end of the 20th century to the beginning of the 21st century, the scale of the flower market continued to expand and the layout became more reasonable. In addition to traditional New Year flowers such as peach blossoms, daffodils, and oranges, a large number of high-end and imported flowers were introduced.
