1 tps sugar
3 tbs curd
1 tsp cumin seeds
pinch of turmeric powder
4-5 green chilli
2 ginger pieces
4-5 garlic cloves

Prep Time + Cook Time : 17 Min.

Ingredients:
1.5 cup Rice
1\2 cup urad dal
1\4 cup poha
salt to taste
1 tbs ginger chilli paste
2-3 tsp oil
black pepper corn
1\4 tsp baking soda
1 cup Coriander leaves
3-4 green chili
2 ginger pieces
4-5 garlic cloves
salt,sugar and lemon juice
fistful peanuts
1 tsp cumin seeds
pinch of turmeric powder
2 tbs curd
Little lemon juice
Palak Methi Muthiya
Prep Time + Cook Time : 30 Min.

Ingredients:
2.5 cups spinach
1 cup methi leaves
1\2 cup coriander leaves
1\2 cup wheat flour
1\2 cup juwar or bajri flour
1\4 cup chick peas flour
Salt,2 tsp Oiling
1\2 tsp Garam masala
2 tsp jaggery\sugar
2 tsp cumin coriander powder
1 lemon juice
1 tsp fennal seeds
1 tsp carom seeds
2 tbs sesame seeds
1-2 tbs ginger chilli garlic paste
For Tempering
2 tbs Oil,curry leaves
2 tsp busted seeds
Sesame seeds, hing
Gujarati Handvo
Prep Time + Cook Time : 1 hour

1 tsp hing
2.5-3 tsp salt
2-3 tbs jaggery
