Learn this instant Gujarati Khaman Dhokla to try at home. #Recipe #FoodVideo Instructions: 0:42 Making the batter Take 2 cups chickpea flour (chane ka aata/besan) Add 1 tsp sugar, lime juice, 1 tbsp cooking oil and salt to taste. Add water as required and mix to make the batter. The Batter needs to be thick without lumps. 2:00 Preparing the steamer Boil the water in a big utensil. Grease a plate with oil and put it in the boiling water for 10 minutes. 2:24 Pouring the batter in the boiler Add baking soda water to the batter, whisk well and pour it into the plate. Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. 4:01 Preparing the tadka Heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and a pinch of asafoetida (hing).
