Who is Ehsan Ul Haq Bajwa?
Shaukat Ali Yousafzai (born 1 February 1963) is a Pakistani politician who had been a member of the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from May 2013 till January 2023. He also served as a member of the 10th Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, representing the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and as Minister for Health and Information Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the Pervez Khattak administration. He also serves as the Secretary General of PTI’s provincial chapter of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and previously has served as the political advisor to Imran Khan.
Background
Ihsan ul Haq Bajwa is a Pakistani politician who has been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since February 2024 and previously served in this position from August 2018 to August 2023. Previously he was a Member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, from May 2013 to May 2018.
Education
He was born on 4 March 1972 in Bahawalnagar. He received a Diploma in Associate Engineering from Government College of Technology, Bahawalpur in 1992.
Political career
He was elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as a candidate of Pakistan Muslim League (N) (PML-N) from Constituency PP-281 (Bahawalnagar-V) in 2013 Pakistani general election. He was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan as a candidate of PML-N from Constituency NA-168 (Bahawalnagar-III) in 2018 Pakistani general election. In 2020, it was reported that he was the richest member of the National Assembly. He was re-elected to the National Assembly as a candidate of PML-N from NA-162 Bahawalnagar-III in the 2024 Pakistani general election.
Vasay Chaudhry (born on 12 November 1981) is a Pakistani screenwriter, actor, director, producer, host, and comedian. He is best known for writing sitcoms and comedy-dramas for Pakistani televisions. He is also known for writing films. He wrote Main Hoon Shahid Afridi and Jawani Phir Nahi Ani. While Mai Hoon Shahid Afridi was an average success, Jawani phir Nahe Ani went on to become the highest grossing film of Pakistan cinema and broke all the previous box office records while earning more than 490 million at the box office. He also wrote Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2, which was released on 2018 Eid al-Adha and broke the all time biggest box office grosses record. It also went on to become the first Pakistani film to make 700 Million rupees worldwide.
Iftikhar Ahmed, is a well-known Pakistani actor, stand-up comedian, director, and host. He first gained popularity for his roles in Punjabi drama and has since starred in numerous stage shows and telefilms in different languages, including in Punjabi, most famously in its Pothwari dialect, as well as Urdu.
