Jalapeno Poppers Recipe:
12 Jalapenos
8oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp green onion, chopped
1 package crescent rolls
Rinse peppers, slice in half and remove seeds. Mix filling and spoon into peppers. Roll crescent dough. Cut into strips and wrap poppers. Bake at 400 for about 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
Pumpkin Cheese Ball:
8 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz vegetable cream cheese
1 pkt ranch seasoning
1 red bell pepper diced (save stem for the pumpkin look)
1 cup sliced green onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
crackers for serving
Mix together Cream cheese, vegetable cream cheese, ranch seasoning, bell pepper, green onion, and 1 cup shredded cheese. Lay out large plastic wrap and sprinkle cheese in center. Pour mixture over, sprinkle remaining cheese. Double wrap into a ball. Add rubber bands to create a pumpkin look. Let sit in fridge overnight or atleast 2 hours. When you remove, add more cheese if needed and insert stem to top.
Witches Brew Punch:
1 quart lime sherbert
2 liter ginger ale
4 cups pineapple juice
1/2 Gallon Green Fruit Punch
Mix juices and add sherbert to top.
For a spooky bonus toss in some plastic eye balls for fun!
