It's my first attempt of making a feather pattern damascus steel, started from 2 billets made of 3 types of steel: O2, K600, NC6, after few folding I added some NCV1(wood saw) steel between layers.
This project was the biggest challenge for me so far, feather pattern damascus steel is not easy, require decent amount of imagination and lots of hammering specialty with out power tools. This video showes hoewer that damascus steel mosaick pattern is possible to make eaven with out power hammer or forging press.
