#3端子LED #MOSFET #電子工作
チップLEDとMOS FETで，一見市販のLEDと同じモールドの3端子LEDを作ってみました。
LEDの電流は電源ピンから供給し，入力ピンの"High" / "Low" でLEDを点灯させます。
入力ピンには電流が流れないので，つなぐ回路の負担になりません。
I made 3-terminal LEDs with chip LEDs and MOS FETs in a mold resembling a commercial LED.
The current for the LED is supplied from the power supply pin, and the LED is turned on by a "High" / "Low" level on the input pin.
Since no current flows through the input pin, the connected circuit is not burdened.
