Happy Birthday to Johnny Mathis, who at 80, is an incredible spirit in voice and essence! Inspiring. And, this year marks the celebration of another amazing milestone - his 60th year of making beautiful music - and the longest recording artist of Columbia/Sony. With all of life's changes - Johnny Mathis' music has been a constant for so many the world over. Through thousands of songs - he's still going strong, recording, concerts, interviews. Several re-releases of his albums - and this week- the 4 disc set of all of his singles ever recorded ("The Singles"- available on Amazon, itunes, Apple) - A wonderful Mathis treasure to own.
