This Incredible yet non-technical Canyon turned out to be anything but Simple, it started with a beautiful & easy yet long, 12 mile, 4X4 approach road, leading to a 5 mile hike into the canyon. From there I opted to float back, utilizing the VERY Muddy Dirty Devil river to reunite with my motorcycle. Things did not go exactly according to plan. After several Failed Attempts to Surmount the Stunning Shear Walled River Canyon I finally found an escape route miles past my planned river take out point. It all work out fine but there was definitely a few moments of Suspense! Thank you Google Earth Mapping beta!
