Meet Mr. Ilie (75 years old) and Mrs. Minerva (71 years old), a couple living in the remote village of Gârda de Sus, in the Poiana Călineasa area of the Transylvanian mountains. Despite the harsh conditions, with no electricity and no running water, they continue to embrace their simple and traditional way of life.
Their resilience and dedication to preserving these nearly forgotten customs are awe-inspiring. As the modern world moves on, few remain willing to live in such isolation, making their story both heartwarming and a reminder of a fading way of life.
