● 1 (tsp) Vanilla extract
● 250g All purpose flour
● 2,5 tsp of baking powder (11,5g approx.)
● 1 Pinch of salt
● Lemon zest (to your taste)
● 80g Crushed almond
► LEMON AND ALMOND CREAM
● 300ml Almond Breeze Almond drink
● Lemon peel
● 3 L egg yolks
● 60g Normal white sugar
● 30g Cornstarch
● 1 tsp of vanilla extract
►ITALIAN MERINGUE
● 140g Egg whitess L (3 or 4 whites.)
● 300g Normal white sugar
● 60ml Water
● Pinch of salt
► DECORATION AND FILLING (OPTIONAl)
