Revisiting my second ever homebrew to see if I can use all the knowledge and skills I've mastered over the years to conjour this one-can kit into something resembling an actual lager or better yet, a bottle of Becks.
In truth, its the temperature control and RO water that's doing the heavy lifting in this one as I parade around like a ring girl before the 12th round.
