The second generation Mitsubishi Eclipse is one of the most recognizable Japanese sports cars of the 1990s and part of a large group that were rising to previously unseen popularity in the United States. With this new wave of turbocharged FWD, AWD, and RWD cars hitting the roads, The Fast and the Furious (2001) almost seemed like an inevitability. This Eclipse we're driving today is the base GS model, built to look like Brian O'Conner's GSX from the first few scenes of the original film. Enjoy!
