A young detective takes on the investigation of an unusual accident in the city center. An unknown force stopped the collision of a streetcar and a car, but dozens of people suffered from it. The detective is sure that the girl Anna is involved in the incident and is endowed with special abilities. At the same time about Anna learns a powerful and mysterious foreigner Neumann, who has long been looking for similarly gifted unicums throughout Europe. Their fateful meeting could lead to world catastrophe or be the beginning of a great love story.
