I've had lots of problems with repetitive strain injuries (RSIs) from knitting, and wanted to share some tips for how to recover fast from an injury and prevent the pain from coming back.

These are just things that have worked for me; I'm not a doctor or physio. If you are in serious pain or it has been going on for a long time, seek medical advice. It's easy to do long-term damage to yourself if you ignore pain and don't treat it effectively.

Resources:
Seated upper body exercises – do these every hour or two when you're sitting for long periods of time: https://youtu.be/dq5ck30FE1k?si=lQvjKT4o89kchyG7

Really effective massage you can try on your own forearms (this one was a game-changer for me!): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VwySYtmtQxg
