Healthy Cauliflower Tacos At Home | Easy and Vegan Recipe
This vegan recipe is the "I don't want to cook but I don't want to buy takeaway" kind of situation. Cauliflower is the star of this recipe. Enhanced by simple ingredients that you can easily find in your pantry. Please enjoy

6 small tortilla wrap
Oil for sautรฉing
1/2 cauliflower head, cut into small florets (tiny pieces)
1 onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin powder, a little more if you like
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Sprinkle chilli flakes
Salt and pepper
Toppings:
1 1/2 tomato chopped
Half a bunch of coriander leaves, roughly chopped
a splash of lime juice
salt and pepper
a splash of olive oil
a quarter of red cabbage, thinly sliced

In a hot pan, add a splash of oil then onions and garlic. Cook till it has some colour
Add the cauliflower. Cook for around 5-8 minutes (you want it still to have a bit of crunch) then add the spices to the pan and keep stirring for a minute. Add a splash of water around a tablespoon. Taste and keep stirring.
Transfer to a bowl. Take half the mixture to a food processor and pulse a little then add it back to the bowl with the unprocessed mix and stir till well combined
Heat up your warps and add the mix and top with any toppings you like
