100% Healthy Chocolate Souffle' with Boiled Rice - No Cook - No Bake - Ready in 10 minutes Ingredients Pitted Dates 3/4 cup (or 1 cup dates for more sweetness) Boiling Water 1.5 cup (measured by pressing the rice firmly in the measuring cup) Boiled Rice 2 cups (boiled without salt) Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp Topping: Dark chocolate shavings Chopped nuts Glazed cherries (optional) Preparation Add pitted dates to a bowl and pour boiling water. Cover and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes until soft. Till then mix cocoa powder and rice. When the dates are soft, add them along with the water to the blender and blend for 4-6 minutes until smooth. Add rice and blend again. if the mixture is too thick, add a little water (1-2 tbsp) and blend until the desired consistency is reached. If the dessert needs more sweetness, add 1-2 tbsp honey and blend. Do not add sugar in this dessert otherwise it will become runny after an hour or so. Pour the souffle' in serving bowl. Top with grated dark chocolate, chopped nuts and glazed cherry etc. Enjoy!
