I chose to put therapist reacts in the thumbnail as I do make comment upon the moving forward aspect and something I see frequently in my practice is people thinking a small step isn't enough and won't lead anywhere. It really does, small steps add up over time and start to build momentum and motivation!
You will now see I put the reason why I am pausing. Hopefully this will reduce the amount of comments and messages I get asking why I stop it so much.
