This is a top to bottom restoration of the classic Heathkit SB-102 transceiver. For this one I included all the bits I usually leave out, including the steps of the alignment. As always, beware of LETHAL VOLTAGES when working on these rigs.

- Mode switch woes
- Carrier null issues
- Dirty ALC adjustment pot
- Installing the escutcheon
- Replacing the cheap phono antenna socket with an SO-239
- Broken alignment stubs on finals
- What happens when you forget to solder the ground lead on an electrolytic cap
