Former DEA agent and award winner Hector Berrellez returned to VladTV and discussed the international state of criminal organizations and their activities in Mexico and the southern US border region. He explained that transnational criminal organizations extend their criminal reach across multiple countries, unlike traditional localized gangs. Berrellez also described how different Mexican drugs and human trafficking cartels control various distinct sections along the US-Mexico border. In addition to providing an update on where cartels and international crime rings stand today, Berrellez also opened up further on the topics he addressed in his last sit-down.
