So if you know me, you know I do A Lot of different martial arts. This is a stand alone approach to thinking about knife work. This work borrows heavily on concepts learned in Aikido. This is why I am sharing it here on this channel as well. I think many Aikido students might benefit from the way this is outlined, and also see many striking similarities to Aikido theory and technique. Hein's knife theory- This is a theory o knife defense and offence. It contains many of the important veriables and tactical concepts for engagments with a knife as a primary weapon.
