Help needed. Failed Bafang 250w motor dismantled from a ESKUTE Netuno electric bike.

Eskute have sent me a new motor but the new motor does the same as the old motor. Eskute have not solve the problem. In this video i test both motors and look inside both motors close up in detail. I can not see the problem maybe you can?
