For my fourth deck tech the community voted for, Hezie "Toolbox" Torre (bonus tournament arc!). This is a Commander I've been playing personally for years. All cards featured are ones I have currently in my deck as of recording. Prices will either be the average price of all prints for the card or the lowest price in the case of any that have any large outliers (A judge promo, for example, will not be counted into an average)
