In this video i show you what it's like driving a car with gullwing doors with a Bricklin SV1. Gullwing doors have been around for quite some time but are a rare site to see, at least from the factory. When talking about gullwing doors, many thing of the Delorean or the Mercedes 300 SL, or even the new Mercedes SLS, but very few know of the Bricklin SV1! The Bricklin SV1 offers the gullwing door experience at a fraction of the cost compared to the cars i just mentioned. The example in this video is a 1974 model year which is equipped with a AMC 360 cubic inch engine, which is mated to a 4 speed automatic transmission Try to capture the experience and flare of gullwing door cars is difficult, however, i hope that using a gopro POV camera will somehow depict gull-wing doors and just how special and rare they are.
