This restored and remastered mix for a better and immersive experience is Hernan Cattaneo Live Barcelona Spain April 2024 in Barcelona Spain.
Few words about the mastering...The mix was recorded and mixed with the room sound and space reverberation is present but the intent was most probably to get the live event vibe... In some extend in the process the reverb was diminished a little and the mix balanced reducing the high frequencies for a listening level since they where very bright glass like, very loud & bright. Low end was extended and as well overall balanced for an immersive experience.
Why you should care...Some of these mixes for some reason have bad sound and the experience is diminished greatly. Sound matters for an immersive experience. Bad recording or just lack of care many of these great sets have low levels recordings or almost mono. As a trained sound engineer and mastering engineer i care and for my own experience i restored some recording that i was able to find publicly and share them with you.
