Madan Bhandari Inner Terai Highway is an ongoing road project in Nepal, which is thought to be 1,200 kilometres long from east to west. It starts at Shantinagar in Jhapa District of Province No. 1 and runs through Inner Terai area.
I have started my Nepal to India by Road "season 2" tour and in my first day stayed at Itahari, since it's too late while starting and I have chosen Chatara - Dharan Highway. I have tried to explain the recent road condition of this highway as well as capture the total duration it took to reach Dharan.
