Iron is so important and essential for healthy skin, hair, nails and cell function. Which is why it is super important we all get enough iron in our diets. In this episode of Plant Based, herbalist and founder of Supernatural, Rachelle Robinett, teaches us how to make this delicious high-iron herbal tea that also enhances absorption! Some sprigs of fresh Thyme (the best!), parsley, or spearmint … Extract for 4 hours (up to 12 hours / overnight to allow minerals to extract.
