HERBAL TEA RECIPE:
32oz filtered water
Mason jar or large glass pitcher
Herbs:
¼ Cup Nettle leaf
¼ Cup Red raspberry leaf and/or Red Clover
¼ Cup Alfalfa
¼ Cup Dandelion (leaf is ideal!)
Some sprigs of fresh Thyme (the best!), parsley, or spearmint …
Extract for 4 hours (up to 12 hours / overnight to allow minerals to extract.
Water
Lemon juice & zest (high in vitamin C which helps to increase iron absorption)
Optional: Sweeten with molasses
