Meine lieben Gäste, dies ist wieder einmal eher ein Video für die Pilzsammler und –liebhaber unter Euch. Klar, denn wir haben ja Pilzezeit.
Deswegen habe ich mich am 08. August 2024 recht früh am Morgen in den Schönbuch aufgemacht um zu sehen, was es dort an Speisepilzen zu finden gibt.
In den Nadelwäldern, die ich aufsuchte, gab es nichts, und sie waren auch von Wildschweinen total verwüstet.
Dann jedoch habe ich in einem bekannten Laub-Mischwald die ersten Gelbporigen Raufüße entdeckt. Es sind wunderschöne Pilze, die bei Verletzung leicht rosa werden, mit zitronengelben Hüten und Röhren. Zwar sind sie essbar, aber sehr selten, und deshalb sollten sie nicht geerntet werden – auch, wenn es schwer fällt.
Pfifferlinge konnte ich nochmals ausreichend finden.
Gegen Ende meines Pilzganges habe ich mein Highlight des Tages gefunden. Das heißt eine ordentliche Anzahl davon: Die Rote Koralle – auch Hahnenkamm genannt – ein wunderschöner Pilz, der ebenfalls sehr, sehr selten ist und unbedingt im Wald bleiben sollte. Weil es sehr viele Fruchtkörper dort gab – der Pilz ist nach meiner Erfahrung sehr standorttreu – habe ich mir ein winziges Stückchen davon mitgenommen, um es zu probieren. Alle Exemplare – es waren mindestens 15 Stück – blieben im Wald.
Seit ich diese wunderschöne Koralle zum ersten Mal vor einigen Jahren gefunden habe, hat sie sich stetig vermehrt und wächst dort immer ab Anfang bis Ende August unter Buchen. Allzuviel Nässe mag sie offenbar nicht, denn es waren viele der Fruchtkörper bereits verschimmelt oder kurz davor. Zudem haben sich die Korallen ungefähr 6 Meter von ihrem ursprünglichen Standort weg verschoben, offensichtlich hat das Myzel sich sehr ausgebreitet. Ich hatte Mühe, sie unter dem Laub zu entdecken.
Im Jahr 2021 habe ich die Rote Koralle zum ersten Mal Anfang August gefunden, 2022 gab es keine, und im Jahr 2023 wuchs sie erst Ende August. Zuvor habe ich sie an diesem Platz, den ich regelmäßig aufsuche, nie gesehen.

My dear guests, this is another video for the mushroom pickers among you. Of course, because it's mushroom season.
That's why I set off quite early in the morning on 8 August 2024 to Schönbuch to see what edible mushrooms could be found there.
There was nothing in the coniferous forests I visited, and they were also completely devastated by wild boars.
I discovered the first Leccinellum crocipodium in a well-known mixed deciduous forest. They are beautiful mushrooms that turn slightly pink when damaged, with lemon-yellow caps and tubes. Although they are edible, they are very rare in Germany and should therefore not be harvested.
After this I found plenty of chanterelles again.
Towards the end of my mushroom walk, I found under beeches a good number of Ramaria botrytis, a beautiful mushroom that is also very, very rare in Germany and should definitely stay in the forest. Because there were so many of them - in my experience, the mushroom is very loyal to its location - I took a tiny piece of it with me to try. All the specimens - there were at least 15 of them - stayed in the forest.
Since I first found this beautiful mushroom a few years ago, it has steadily multiplied and always grows there under beech trees from the beginning to the end of August.
In 2021 I found Ramaria butrytis for the first time at the beginning of August, in 2022 there were none, and in 2023 it grew at the end of August.

Αγαπητοί μου επισκέπτες, αυτό είναι ένα ακόμη βίντεο για τους μανιταροσυλλέκτες ανάμεσά σας. Φυσικά, επειδή είναι η εποχή των μανιταριών.
Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα στα δάση κωνοφόρων που επισκέφθηκα, και ήταν επίσης εντελώς κατεστραμμένα από αγριογούρουνα.
Ανακάλυψα το πρώτο Leccinellum crocipodium σε ένα γνωστό μικτό δάσος φυλλοβόλων. Πρόκειται για όμορφα μανιτάρια που γίνονται ελαφρώς ροζ όταν καταστρέφονται, με λεμονοκίτρινα καπάκια και σωλήνες.
Βρήκα και πάλι άφθονες κανθαρέλες.
Προς το τέλος της βόλτας μου με τα μανιτάρια, βρήκα έναν καλό αριθμό από Ramaria botrytis, ένα όμορφο μανιτάρι που είναι επίσης πολύ, πολύ σπάνιο και θα πρέπει σίγουρα να παραμείνει στο δάσος.
