In this video we take you on an 8 mile round trip hike to Dry Lakes in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. With nearly 3,000 feet of vertical gain, AllTrails calls this trail one of the steepest on the eastern side of Colorado's Sangre De Cristo Mountain Range. It turned out to be quite cold and very windy at the lake, but we still managed to enjoy the adventure and even catch some trout.
