The Historical Allies are finally being given the ability to be leveled! While there is no way to get their rarity increased, you can at least take them from 0-100 by completing tasks in a new off-grid building, the Heroic Taverne! In this video, I go over all the new info that we know. It may get changed prior to live servers, but at least you have a heads up!
