Hitman Jobs But My Next Target Is Randomized In GTA 5 RP

Today I become a Hitman doing multiple hitman jobs. I was able to use a hitman app on my mobile phone that would produce me a random target. This mean its could be any one just a normal homeless man or the Police Commissioner making it a much more difficult target to complete.
