Do you hit really well in the batting cages but come game time can't find a hit? In this video I discuss two things that may be causing you to not succeed in the game. One is physical, the other is mental. On the physical side, work on hitting pitches at game speed in practice. Also, the high tee drill is a good drill to work on. On the mental side, slow the game down. It's good to care, but you also have to control your emotions. I hope this video helps. Please leave a comment below.
