Back in April I built a line to my new freight yard, although functional it was too complex and ended up leading to many derailments. This was mostly because of an S curve I added at the time. I figured it was time something different was added to improve the route to the yard so I found a new way the line could be directed.
Final plans involved relocating a switch on the mainline as well as building a new bridge connecting to a 22 radius curve located on a new extension to the layout. It's gonna take some adjusting to get it working properly but with the few trains I ran things seemed to be working well for a start.
