I read The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Cleaning by Margareta Magnusson in January. It was a great read but I could feel myself being triggered as I read it. I knew it was directly related to my hoarding disorder and past traumas that I’m still working through. I wanted to have an honest conversation about my feelings towards the book and how I can work through my triggers to work past these issues.
