Hobi Seemingly Hints Title Of New Song And Response To Dating Rumors | BTS j-hope
Hobi is heading to Manila for his first stop in his Asia tour. And the Philippines is so ready for our main man!
Hobi previously shared that he had some big news but decided to make ARMY's hearts flutter first. He eventually revealed the "big news" that he was talking about.
So far, Hobi released two new songs during his Hope On The Stage tour. He launched "Sweet Dreams" in Korea. He then introduced "Mona Lisa" during his US tour. That said, it makes sense that Hobi might perform his 3rd unreleased song in Manila. ARMY started scrambling for clues, especially because Hobi mentioned dropping spoilers since last year.
After completing his US stint, Hobi returned home for a quick stopover before starting his Asia tour. Hobi looked amazing in his oversized tattered khaki vest and a pair of light-colored jeans. But the most interesting part of his ensemble was the text on his white shirt. Since the hint for "Mona Lisa" was through Hobi's belt buckle. Was the word on his shirt the title of his 3rd song?? The possible release of the 3rd song got even stronger when Hobi shared that there would be some good news coming up. Hobi also adjusted the seat belt to show off his "Single" shirt. The “Single” was styled in the font and colors of the Google logo. Hobi explained that he bought it because he found it amusing. Hobi's explanation didn't seem to fit the spoiler that we first thought. It appeared that the purchase happened spontaneously and was not a well-planned hint.
The text on Hobi's shirt could also be his fun response to the j-hope and Nayeon dating rumor that was floating around. A TikTok compilation of "evidence" of j-hope and Nayeon dating garnered attention early this year. The alleged proofs were identical to the j-hope and Irene dating rumors before the Nayeon one. These pieces of “evidence” were nothing but a series of coincidental fashion choices, poses, and visited places.
As for the j-hope and Nayeon dating rumor, the pair remained unbothered by appearing together in Hobi's "Sweet Dreams" challenge. The behind-the-scenes hinted at the status of their relationship. Their interaction showed familiarity, but not close enough to know each other's schedules. Just in case his relationship status wasn't clear enough, Hobi may have felt the text on his new shirt was the perfect response to the dating rumors.
The truth is that having a love life is not Hobi's priority right now. In fact, he doesn't see himself getting married in the near future. But just because Hobi is not ready to be in a committed relationship, doesn't mean he won't make us feel like we don't have a chance.
