≪ Ingredientes para la masa ≫

➤ 500 Harina 0000 o todo uso (también puede ser 000)
➤ 15gr Sal
➤ 300ml Agua fría
➤ 1 cdta Limon o Vinagre (opcional)

➤ Para las vueltas o laminado del hojaldre: 300gr de mantequilla, margarina, manteca o grasa vegetal o animal
