300g Thick bee hoon 300克 粗米粉
100g Bean sprouts 100克 豆芽

150g Pork Belly 150克 三层肉
20g Chives 20克 韭菜
2 Eggs 2粒 鸡蛋
3 Small red onion, sliced 3粒 小洋葱, 切碎
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
3 Lime 3粒 酸干
2 Red Chilli 2条 红辣椒
Soup Stock 汤料 :
1000ml Water 1000毫升 水
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce 1茶匙 蚝油
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
