In todays video we start off with a dead battery witch is very unfortunate but predicted as it is -8F out today. We move on from the dead battery after a quick jump to travel across the rode to grab a gravity box full of oats and a grain truck full of corn. Some quick maneuvering of machinery we are able to get our grain hauling machinery over to the farm. we then grind our corn, oats, and rye together in our bearcat grinder along with a mix of protein, distillers and mineral mix. This feed is then brought over to the old station barn to feed our 6-10 month old heifers. it was a fun ridged day on our 400 milking/ 300 beef dairy beef farm.
