5-6 large egg yolks
3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar (or substitute in part, or all, with light brown sugar)
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Candied Pecans
1 cup pecan halves, whole or roughly chopped
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
