TO MAKE: 3 1/2 cups cake mix 1 cup milk 3 eggs 3/4 cup melted butter 2 tsp vanilla Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes. CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX: (Makes 2 cakes) 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour, sifted 3 cups sugar 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted 2 tsp salt 4 1/2 tsp baking powder Mix well and store in airtight container. TO MAKE: 3 3/4 cups cake mix 1 cup milk 3 eggs 3/4 cup melted butter 2 tsp vanilla Mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes. SPICE CAKE MIX: (Makes 1 small cake) 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 cup brown sugar, packed 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ginger (optional) 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice Mix well and store in airtight container. TO MAKE: All of the cake mix 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs, room temp 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup butter, melted Mix well. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
