Ingredients:
- 1 pc. Whole chicken breast (butterfly cut)
- 1 pc. Maggi Magic Sarap
Season with/ black pepper
- 4 pcs. Chicken ham
- 4 pcs. Melting cheese, sliced
For gravy
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Button mushrooms
- 1 tsp. Mustard
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 Tbsp. Maggi Magic Sarap
- 1/2 cup All-purpose cream
- 1/2 cup Melting cheese
Season with/ salt & black pepper
Dredging
Egg, season with salt
Flour, season with Garlic powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika
Breadcrumbs
Oil, for frying
